Okay so whats going on here- this took place between me and my sister:
me: I want to make a Halloween picture, what should I do?
Her: I don't know, make the MBS characters dress up.
Me: As what?
Her: Sticky can be George Washington. And Reynie can be a ghost because thats average like him.
Me: *dead on floor with laughter*
So thats what this is. This is Sticky, as George Washington, and Reynie as a ghost. You're welcome.
